Delivery
When will I receive my order?
It takes our team an average of 5 to 10 business days to process your order, manufacture your products, and deliver them. We make every effort to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our products.
How can I track my package?
You can track the progress of your order using our " Track My Package " section by entering your tracking number or email address along with your order number. You can also contact us by email at contact@tendance-rond.com if you have forgotten your tracking information.
We will do our best to respond to you as quickly as possible. Our customer service is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
We deliver our products to France, Belgium, Switzerland, and internationally. There is no minimum order quantity requirement. For orders outside Europe, please contact customer service at contact@tendance-rond.com for shipping rates.
Delivery to Overseas France (DOM-TOM)
We can deliver to certain French overseas territories upon request. Please note that delivery times and shipping rates are not the same as those for mainland France. Please contact us at contact@tendance-rond.com for details on shipping to overseas territories.
Who delivers my order?
Your order is delivered via your local postal service (example: La Poste for France).
What happens if no one is home when the delivery is made?
Don't worry, our items will be left in your mailbox if it's large enough. Otherwise, your package will either be left at your post office for collection or delivered within the next few days.
I entered the wrong delivery address, what should I do?
Don't worry, if your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us immediately and we'll be happy to update your information. Otherwise, and in accordance with our terms and conditions, once an order has been shipped from our warehouse, no further changes can be made.
Order
My order is not complete
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately, depending on available stock and our various storage locations. In this case, we will notify you by email after your order. Don't worry, your package will arrive shortly.
I have not received my order
If you still have not received your order within 15 (business) days of placing your order, please write to us at contact@tendance-rond.com so we can verify the tracking and contact the carrier. Although rare, errors can occur in the delivery of your package. In all cases, we will do everything possible to ensure you receive your package as quickly as possible.
A problem with the Post Office? Lost, broken, or destroyed package?
With our " insured delivery, breakage, theft and loss" , Tendance Rond® takes care of disputes for you. Customer satisfaction is our priority. We do not blame the carrier and leave you to fend for yourself. We assume full responsibility by reimbursing you immediately. Only the " delivery " option insured, breakage, theft and loss" provides you with this protection against possible delivery problems.

Can I change my order?
Once your order has been placed, you have 3 hours to send us an email to the following address to modify your order: contact@tendance-rond.com
Can I cancel my order?
It is absolutely possible to cancel your order! However, if the order has already been processed, the cancellation fee will be 40% of the purchase price.

Can I return an item?
You have 14 days to change your mind *
Is your item not right for you? Is it too small or too big? At Tendance Rond® , you have 14 days from the date you receive your package to return it. Within this time frame, you can return it for an exchange, credit note, or refund (excluding sale items). After this time, we will not accept any returns.
To find out how to return an item, please contact our customer support by email at contact@tendance-rond.com : we will do our best to respond to you as quickly as possible.
To be eligible for a return, credit note, or refund, each item must be returned in its original condition, including packaging, and in perfect resalable condition. It must therefore not have been worn, washed, or damaged. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We perform a quality control check upon each item we receive and will inform you if the item is compliant. If not, we will not be able to proceed with the exchange and we will return the original item to you, for which you will be responsible for postage costs.
We will not accept any returns, exchanges, or refunds on items won in games or competitions on social media (Instagram, Facebook) or any other platform.
In the exceptional case where your item was shipped to you by Colissimo or Chronopost within 2 to 3 working days, in the event of returning the item for exchange or refund, the shipping costs of La Poste paid by Tendance Rond® are not included in the amount of the exchange or refund. Only the purchase price of the item corresponds to the exchange price or the refund price.
*Exchanges are eligible for all deliveries made within France and the European Union. No returns will be accepted for deliveries made outside Europe (Canada, United States, etc.).

The "HTTPS" in our store URLs reflects the quality of our services. HTTPS is the variant of "http" secured by the use of SSL/TLS protocols. HTTPS is used to protect financial transactions on merchant sites. As e-commerce companies, we understand that using SSL is becoming essential these days. It's the best way to protect your data and protect yourself from hackers and identity theft.
Visually, the SSL certificate is represented by a padlock that appears in the URL bar of the web browser. It is also represented by an "s" which stands for "secure" and is appended to the "http" protocol on the website in the address bar.

How do I order a product?
We make your purchases as easy as possible.
1. You select the desired product(s)
2. Click “Add to Cart”
3. In your shopping cart, double-check the information and click "Checkout" to complete your purchase. You will then only need to enter your shipping details.
We also offer you the option to create an account to make the process even simpler.
Is it possible to combine several discount codes?
No. Except in exceptional cases, we only accept one discount code per order. During sales, we may apply a discount to all of our products or a specific product category, in which case no additional discount codes will be accepted. Or we may offer you a special discount code, in which case you can use only this code when ordering or another code that you already have, in which case you can choose the highest-offering code but you will not be able to combine them.
I would like to order in bulk
It is entirely possible to order in bulk and obtain preferential rates depending on the desired volume. In this case, please send us an email to contact@tendance-rond.com
